Police State

As I look around the outside world I see many disturbing issues and events occurring.  These things are very disheartening items.  I see active military packing weapons in public.  I also see U.N. peacekeepers in our public places with arms. This is not the norm in a country that the government is trying disarm, or is it?  What is the government trying to do to the population?  Are they scaring the public into compliance with their "police state tactics?" or are they simply making it the norm so no one will notice when they swing into action.

I have also crossed paths with active military people.  Military personnel, specifically active field grade officers that I have encountered, ignore me.  One officer I encountered, (and managed to corner into answering me, informed me he was under orders not to associate with Viet Nam vets.  The active NCO's I've encountered did not have the same attitude.  Why is this?  I also read an article by a retired general officer, that the military is now asking a very pertinent question of both currently active soldiers as well as recruits.  They are asking "will you fire on U.S. Citizens for not surrendering their weapons?"  If their answer is no, their term in the military will be cut short.  Look at General David Petraeus, his career was surprisingly short.  This is the total end of Posse Comitatus on United States soil.

Civilian population beware!  Vets, before the year 2000 check your clock 3-6-9-12, and keep your point in sight.  Also have your 6 covered.  With the mini aircraft in the skies these days, you also need to watch your 12 O'clock High.

READERS BEWARE
VETS BE MORE AWARE!

Note:  For those of you who are not military, the last paragraph simply means, be aware of your entire environment at all times.
